Registration Requirement: User registration is required for shopping on this site. Registration is free, and there are no annual fees.
Terms Confirmation: Please make sure to review the "Terms of Use" and "Privacy Policy" during registration. By registering, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
Eligibility: Minors are not eligible for registration.
Registration Procedure:
1. Click on "New Registration" on the homepage.
2. Click on "Create an Account."
3. Enter your name, email address, and password, then click "Create." Please set your password yourself. It should be between 5 and 40 characters and can include special characters.
4. An authentication email will be sent to the provided email address. Click "Activate Account."
5. Registration is complete when your My Page is displayed.

Service Details: After user registration, you can check and update your registration information and view your order history on My Page.
User Information Deletion (Unsubscription): You cannot delete your user information by yourself. If you wish to delete it, please contact us through the inquiry form. Please note that after deletion, you will not be able to view your past order history.

Shopping Process:
1. Search for the desired product and select it.
2. Add the product to the shopping cart.
3. Review the items in your cart.
4. Select the payment method and complete the order process.
5. Receive an order confirmation email.
Important Notes: Cancellations or changes are not possible after the order is confirmed. If payment by credit card is not successfully completed, the order may be reprocessed. Additionally, the minimum purchase amount on this site is JPY 3,000 per transaction.

Displayed Prices: All prices listed on this site include tax.
Payment Methods: Supported payment methods are credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB). For pre-order items, payment is required in advance.

Shipping Fees: EMS international express mail rates apply based on the destination country/region outside Japan.
Shipping Time: Orders are usually shipped within one week of order completion. All items in the order will be shipped together once they are ready.
Customs Duties: Customs duties may be charged by the local customs office upon the product's arrival, and these costs are the customer's responsibility. If you need assistance with customs procedures, please contact us through the inquiry form.
Credit Card Foreign Transaction Fees: When using a credit card, the issuing card company may charge foreign transaction fees as an international transaction. Please check the terms and conditions of your credit card issuer for details on these fees.

Cancellation, Return, and Exchange of Pre-orders: In principle, these requests are not accepted.
If Delivery is Not Possible: If the delivery carrier cannot deliver the product and it is returned to us, we will keep the returned items for six months. If we are able to contact the user within the storage period, we will resend the items. The shipping cost for the first re-shipment will be borne by us, but the shipping cost for the second and subsequent re-shipments will be the responsibility of the customer. If we are unable to contact the user after the storage period, the returned items may be disposed of at our discretion, and we will not refund the product price or shipping costs.
In Case of Defective Products: Please contact us through the inquiry form within 14 days of receiving the product.

About Products: Purchases for resale purposes are prohibited. Please note that the color of the delivered product may differ from the image.
About Orders: You cannot change the payment method after placing an order. If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please check your email settings to ensure you can receive emails from [@famikura-store.com] and [@t.shopifyemail.com].
About Delivery: You cannot specify the delivery date or time. Delivery usually takes 1-2 weeks.

Service Downtime: Site maintenance is performed irregularly. During this time, the service will be temporarily unavailable, so please understand.
