1. User Registration

Registration Requirement:
To shop on this website, user registration is required. Registration is free and there are no annual fees or other charges.

Terms Confirmation:
Please make sure to read the “Terms of Use” and “Privacy Policy” before registering. By completing registration, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

Eligibility:
Minors are not eligible to register.

Registration Procedure:

  1. Click “Sign Up” on the top page.

  2. Click “Create an Account.”

  3. Enter your name, email address, and password, then click “Create.”
    Your password must be 5–40 characters and may include special symbols.

  4. A verification email will be sent to the email address you entered.
    Click “Activate Account.”

  5. When the My Page screen appears, registration is complete.


2. My Page

Services:
After registration, you can check or update your registered information and view your order history on My Page.

Deleting Your Account:
Users cannot delete their own account information directly.
If you wish to delete your account, please contact us via the inquiry form.
Please note that once deleted, you will no longer be able to view your past order history.


3. Orders

Shopping Process:

  1. Search for and select the item you wish to purchase.

  2. Add the item to your shopping cart.

  3. Review the items in your cart.

  4. Select a payment method and complete the checkout process.

  5. Receive an order confirmation email.

Important Notes:
Cancellations or changes cannot be made after an order is confirmed.
If your credit card payment fails, you may reorder.
Please note that the minimum purchase amount per order is JPY 3,000.


4. Payment

Displayed Prices:
All prices shown on this site include consumption tax.

Accepted Payment Methods:
We accept credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB).
Prepayment is required for pre-order items.


5. Shipping and Additional Fees

(Shipping available only outside Japan)

Shipping Fees:
EMS international express shipping rates apply depending on the destination country or region.

Shipping Schedule:
Orders are generally shipped within one week after the order is completed.
All items in an order will be shipped together once they are ready.

Customs Duties:
Customs duties may be imposed by local authorities upon delivery.
Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If you need assistance with customs clearance, please contact us via the inquiry form.

Overseas Transaction Fees:
When using a credit card, your card issuer may charge an overseas transaction fee.
Please refer to your credit card issuer’s terms for details.


6. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Cancellation / Return / Exchange:
As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges.

If Delivery Fails:
If a delivery cannot be completed and the package is returned, we will store the returned item for up to six months.
If we can reach you within this period, we will reship the item.
The first reshipment is free of charge; subsequent reshipments will incur additional shipping costs borne by the customer.
If no contact can be made within the storage period, the returned item may be disposed of at our discretion, and no refund will be issued for the product or shipping fees.

Defective Items:
If you receive a defective item, please contact us via the inquiry form within 14 days of receiving your order.

Purchasing for resale purposes is strictly prohibited.
Please note that actual product colors may differ from the sample images shown.

About Orders:
The payment method cannot be changed after the order is placed.

About Delivery:
Specific delivery dates and times cannot be requested.
Products are usually delivered within 1–2 weeks.

During maintenance, all services may be temporarily unavailable.
